I have been visiting Claviers every summer for the past six years, and Clavero holds a special place in my heart. Every time I go, I enjoy delicious food with a variety of rich and unique flavors. The service is excellent,warm and welcoming. I always have a great night at Clavero.
Toujours aussi bon ! La météo nous a imposé une dégustation rapide et c'est bien dommage car la qualité et la finesse des mets méritaient que l'on s'y attarde .Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche midi..accueil sympa, cadre agréable..nous avons mangé un très bon risotto et pour ma part une fantastique échine de porc confite avec une sauce succulente et une excellente purée aux truffes..Dessert très bons..bonne salade de fruits frais et baba au rhum miam !..Le plus en dehors du cadre !?..un patron très sympa qui connaît bien sa carte des vins et qui vous guide parfaitement dans votre choix..bravo !
We had lunch with friends and they where really surprised by the quality of the food and the restaurant in this lovely village. The restaurant has always a menu that is different than the standard menu in the area. In the summer it is like you are in a Disney location or movie set but than for real such a lovely place but never overcrowded.. they have indoor and outdoor restaurant we always try to keep it a secret but ok for this once : just reserve a table and you will not be disappointed.
Un petit bijou qui mérite 5etoiles. Cuisine à la fois inventive et simple. Je recommande vivement. Profitez de cette parenthèse culinaire a faire absolument. Bravo !!
Belle expérience dans ce restaurant chaleureux. De l'entrée au dessert, un régal, tout y est maîtrisé, tant au niveau des sauces, de l'assaisonnement que les produits travaillés. Service convivial, carte des vins sympathique. Une petite pépite dans ce petit village.
Une soirée formidable!Accueil chaleureux en ce début d’automne, salle petite mais on est pas les uns sur les autres.Service très à l’écoute et cuisine extraordinairement gourmande!Très bon choix de vins, notamment bios.Les produits sont excellents et les quantités justes, contrairement à ce que l’on peut lire dans d’autres avis!À recommander!
Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Clavero, lors d'une soirée de fin d'été pluvieuse, une bonne ambiance dans cette petite salle(une belle terrasse extérieure est disponible aux beaux jours), grace a l'accueil chaleureux et l'humour du serveur et du cuisinier, et bien sur une cuisine de qualité et du bon vin.
We dined at Clavero many times, food is fantastic and service is top- notch. My favorite was the beef cheek, the steak is wonderful too. The half moon pasta is out of the world. Merci to theme host and Köszönöm to the Chef :) what a wonderful experience

Perfect 10 !Une cuisine maîtrisée de bout en bout et un service attentif et réactif.Sans oublier des conseils vin avisés.Le tout sur une des plus belles places du Var, au calme, idéale pour les enfants.Et pour finir un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Le Clavero is a fantastic find folks. I have worked in the food industry for roughly ten years and Le Clavero is a gentle reminder to us of what a real restaurant should feel like. Guillaume & Gregory run the restaurant with care and passion. This restaurant been the best of the well reviewed restaurants we have tried in Provence and along the Côte d’Azur. The guys are charming and the food… exceptional.Main-desert-aperitif-wine €40. we thought this was excellent.I Ordered the braised beef paired with red wine (Bastide de Blacailoux “joio” 2022) after a moscato aperitif. Nougat Glacier for desert.
Great ambiance, with outdoor sitting in the cute square with lovely music that was the perfect level. The waiter who served us was so friendly and the food was amazing. We had one night in claviers and were able to book on the day and this is such a gem! Would recommend to anyone and definitely will be back as we loved this charming little town!

We have been twice for lunch in August. It is perfect for a long languid lunch under the shade of the trees. We like the menu especially the mezzelune of cepes and the ravioli. Excellent service and always enjoyable for each of our guests.

Wow, what a fantastic dining experience.I visited R Le Clavero with friends (built up over many years of visits to their restaurant) of Guillaume and Gergely in the beautiful village of Claviers. They are such lovely hosts, and very happy to actively engage in conversation and banter with their guests. I can certainly recommend this restaurant as a destination for everyone looking for wonderfully prepared fresh seasonal food in a beautiful restaurant. It's the best value for money that I've experienced in many years.
Le Clavero catered a Dinner for a small group of us last night. They were exactly on time, were extremely patient as our babies took longer to go to sleep and cooked freshly in our kitchen. The service was really amazing, both the chef and Guillaume were smiley and created a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely mouth watering! Our lobster starter and the truffle beef were our absolute favourites! 100% recommendation!

We have been with a small group at church Claviers. Just next this church is this restaurant,where the atmosphere is brilliant. Good and nice food and a lot of very good wine as well. If You want to enjoy a very good food, find this place,because is incredible feeling. Higly reccomend!!!

Le repas en 2 services est à 37,50 € à midi et 41,50 le soir ; en 3 services à 41,50 € à midi et 47,50 le soir. La carte des vins propose des vins de Provence achetés à la propriété.Ces repas sont un moment de réel bonheur, la cuisine compose avec 3 traditions, Europe centrale, Asie et Provence. Un haut niveau de raffinement qui n’a qu’un seul concurrent local mais à un coût nettement plus élevé, l’hostellerie des gorges de Pennafort.En pleine saison le binôme des propriétaires fait appel à des extras pour fluidifier le service. Il faut réserver.
A hidden gem in the picturesque village of Claviers 😍 modern French menu with beautiful fresh produce cooked perfectly. The service was very professional and personable. The wine list has a great selection of Provençal wines. Highly recommend!!
A new discovery and a meal to really remember.Very professional and knowledgeable waiter who gave a friendly and warm welcome and then explained each dish with care and made it sound delicious before even trying.Beautifully presented and so delicious from the starter to the desert. Fine food with many flavors and textures.Trio of Spring Rolls (prawn vegetable and chicken) with a dipping sauce like no other.Beef cooked to perfection and so tender with Polenta and vegetables.Difficult to choose a desert as they all sounded mouthwateringly good but the white chocolate desert certainly didn’t disappoint.Return visit without fail - well worth booking

Very good, atmospheric restaurant on a small square in the centre of Claviers. All guest sit at tables under old plane trees. We had three different menus out of a broad range of dishes amongst which we could choose, and we were all satisfied. Nice waiters. We will definitely return.

Excellente table, un personnel aux petits soins, une ambiance musicale en douceur sur une très mignonne place. Nous avons adoré dîner ici et remercions Ingrid et son mari du Mas de Jaïna (lieu dépaysant, reposant et très chaleureux!) pour cette très bonne recommandation. Un bonheur !
Accueil charmant, service un peu lent, sûrement dû à la fraîcheur des préparations.En vedette, les mezzelune aux cèpes et truffes d'été. Terrasse face à l'église.Hautement recommandable.
